On the Internal Synergistic Mechanism of Operating System of Beijing’s High-Technology Industry Chain: Evidence from Science and Technology Service Industry

Based on the then high-tech industry policy documents issued by Beijing in 2017, this paper builds a complex network model to reflect internal structure of Beijing’s High-Technology Industry Chain (BHIC), and analyzes coevolutionary mechanisms ten top high-technology industries their detailed sectors. Especially for science technology service (S&T) industry, measures its function status system studies concrete approach stabilize development chain. Finally, suggestions promote S&T specialization, networking, scale are put forward.
